Matt Miceli has over 18 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Matt has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Colorado State University. He started his career as a sales engineer in Las Vegas before moving to Colorado. Over the years, Matt has gained experience in contractor sales, engineering sales, owner sales and sales management. Prior to creating Engineered Products Group, Matt was part owner of a mechanical rep firm in Colorado. Matt is a member of ASHRAE and is LEED Certified.

Sam graduated from Colorado State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Since then, he has worked in the HVAC manufacturer’s representative industry for 9 years.  He has served many roles throughout his career including inside sales, application engineering and outside sales.  Sam focuses in both engineering and contracting sales for hydronic systems. In his free time Sam enjoys staying active, snowboarding and snowmobiling, but mostly spending time with his family.

Gabrielle  worked at a mechanical rep firm in the Parts Department, then transitioning to Inside Sales working with Service Contractors, End-User and Owners.  With 12 years of experience, Gabrielle’s knowledge of equipment, customer service, project management, product application, and HVAC systems are superior. Gabrielle is a native Coloradoan, so she enjoys staying active with yoga, meditation, golfing, and hiking with her dog, Billie Jean. 

Donald Andersen has over 20 years of experience delivering innovative solutions and supporting sales in the commercial HVAC industry. A Purdue University graduate with a degree in Industrial Management and Engineering, he is originally from Chicago and has specialized in Geothermal Heat Pumps, Fan Coils, Cooling Towers, and Vibration Isolation/Seismic Systems. Actively involved in the local ASHRAE chapter, Donald relocated to Colorado with his family in 2024 and looks forward to exploring the state. He enjoys concerts, sports, and bourbon in his free time.

Richard’s strong technical background and genuine approach as a rep make him a valued contributor to construction projects. With a diverse range of experience in the industry, Richard works with design engineers and contractors to specify and install the right equipment. Richard is continually engaging with the top manufacturers in the industry to relay market needs and drive innovation. With intimate knowledge of each manufacturer's products, Richard quickly identifies project goals and supports the design team with the best systems available in both the new construction and retrofit markets.

Pat has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry ranging from local representative sales and engineering support to national account management for industry OEM’s.  He has extensive experience in direct and indirect evaporative cooling technology and has been an advisor to several large data center owners worldwide. He holds a BS from CSU and an MBA from CU.  When he’s not hitting the slopes in the winter or babysitting Mak the wonder dog, he’s beating his drums on the local music scene with a few bands.

Clayton graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s of Science in Architectural Engineering in 2020. He started his career at an MEP consulting firm in the Denver area where he was a design engineer for 2 years working on a wide range of projects across the U.S. When he’s not in the office, Clayton enjoys staying active by taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer whether that be hiking, skiing, or golfing. 

Molly Winter earned her Mechanical Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines. Molly followed in her grandfather and father’s footsteps into the HVAC industry where she has worked for the last 10 years. Over the years, Molly has acquired a great deal of experience with mechanical systems and product application. If Molly’s not at work you can find her skiing, fly fishing, swimming, or most likely running around her two children.

Brandon graduated from Texas Tech University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.  He has 9 years of pump engineering and sales experience. He started his career out as an engineer and project manager for a vertical turbine pump manufacturing plant in Texas. Since then, he has worked in the Colorado pump market as a sales and applications engineer. Brandon focuses on applications engineering for all commercial HVAC equipment with a specialty in hydronic pumping systems.

Kari Miceli graduated from Colorado State University and received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from UNLV. With over 21 years of experience in the healthcare industry including a Director of Rehab position, Kari knows the importance of teamwork, communication, and customer service. When she is not in the office supporting our outside sales team, you can bet she’s traveling to visit her 2 children in college at Auburn University.

Will graduated from The University of Tennessee at Martin in 2018 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He has 5 years of experience designing commercial and industrial HVAC systems for clients across the country. With a focus on cross-team collaboration, he brings a practical, real-world mindset to complex system challenges. Outside the office, you're most likely to find him on a trail or by the grill.

Kaitlyn has nearly a decade of experience in the HVAC industry, primarily as a manufacturers’ representative. She holds an engineering degree from Iowa State University and has spent much of her career in the Colorado market, working closely with design engineers to develop solutions and secure product specifications. She currently serves as President of the Rocky Mountain ASHRAE Chapter. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys skiing, camping, and staying active through a variety of fitness classes.

Joe Glaub is a seasoned HVAC expert with 22 years of industry experience. A retired Air Force Master Sergeant, he served 20 years in the Civil Engineering Squadron as an HVAC/R technician and later gained experience as a HVAC Project Manager. Living in Colorado Springs, Joe is happily married with one young daughter. The family loves hiking and spending time in the beautiful Colorado mountains.

Spencer is a seasoned technical professional with a diverse background spanning commercial HVAC service, controls integration, boiler systems, project sales, and startup operations. Throughout his career, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of complex mechanical and building systems.  Beyond his professional pursuits, Spencer dedicates his leisure time to fly fishing, hiking, and exploring Colorado’s expansive public lands.
